This is the one of the worse dental services I had seen in my life. I went for tooth pain and he polish my tooth. The guy never listens to the patent. He use to be so hurry for nothing and he is arrogant and mannerless too.
They do great work only issue was it took literally 3 months for anything to get done the wait is only thing that is ridiculous
Incompetent and unprofessional staff. I took my 81 year old father here to get a new pair of dentures. He’s been wearing the same pair for over 10 years. Some of the teeth are broken. When we arrived, we had to wait over an hour for our appointment because the dentist was running late and had not made it to the office yet. No one called in advance to give us a heads up or to reschedule. My father can’t sit for long periods of time. Regardless, we waited. Once the dentist arrived, he was incredibly rude to us. He didn’t introduce himself or apologize for the hour and a half wait. He took once glance at my father’s dentures and said he didn’t need a new pair. And left the room in less than 5 minutes. I was in disbelief and had to argue with the staff for them to even submit a request to his insurance company. It’s been months now and they have finally called us to say his dentures have been approved. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.
I had a very good experience with this dentist and I had a problem with fillings hitting and he fixed it immediately.
Went in for a filling and was told to "come back if it starts to hurt. I've been making appointments and the dentist is never there. It has been fouur months and that same tooth hurts really bad. I'm considering into switching or suing. Very unprofessional, also I waited an hour and a half for my appointment...
