It’s a great place with very nice people, the previous review is likely someone who’s feeling bad for themselves missed a bunch of payments and was late a lot and is pissy because they messed up. Because the secretary is very sweet and helpful, both counselors I’ve met are very kind I’ve seen no exception to this and the classes themselves are not hard but a learning experience so why bit$@ about it haha. They meet once a week for 2 hours and there are time frames for most people from 1pm classes and 730-9 classes, and once a month you have a 15 minute talk with your counselor, they are not asking a lot. Your dui classes here will go by in a breeze and you will see why you shouldn’t act that way again. If you already weren’t going to drive and drink again see it as something necessary for those who might or would risk killing someone or themselves drinking and driving again.
