I left here practically in tears. Dr. Lam seemed like he was in a rush to get to lunch and was so inefficient. The assistant had to remind him of the 2nd issue that needed attention. He said he couldn't help me and I needed a crown. He didn't explain how much it would cost or what the next steps would be. He said all he could do for me was give me a cleaning and then abruptly asked if I wanted one. Needless to say I didn't. He was inefficient, abrasive and seemed not to care about me or my needs. Carly at the front desk and Lynn the assistant were caring people and I sense it's difficult working for such a tyrant.
