They do not give you decent portions of the meat at ALL! They charge $1.25 for honey walnut shrimp and then give you not even 4 pieces of shrimp, what a RIP OFF! Don’t go through the drive thru if you want to make sure you don’t get hipped. Better yet, DO NOT waste your time here!!!

Panda Express your food sucked last night! Mushroom chicken is disgusting. It's got sediment all over the chicken. Please clean it up or stir-fry it better! πŸ˜£πŸ˜žπŸ˜– The broccoli and rice was underdone and everything was underseasoned. 2 stars for reasonable costs.

I was excited to have panda in Ramona, but that excitement is gone. They've repeatedly messed up orders, provided mediocre service and to top it off, today I ordered one of the up charge dishes (some steak and shrimp thing) as one of my entrees, after watching the mgr (assuming the black shirts are managers) literally pick through and give me a portion that was pathetic and when I asked she showed me some laminate. Needless to say I won't be going back any time soon and walked out on my order. you want to up charge for a dish, fine, provide a decent portion and don't be petty. I'm glad there are other locations in my daily routine.

As someone who enjoys Panda Express, I'd recommend skipping this one. It seemed nice that we were getting a Panda in Ramona, but this store has consistently delivered sub-par service or food. They will load you up on fried rice or chow mein at the expense of the real reason you went to there in the first place: the entrees. Other Panda locations are not nearly as stingy with the entree sizes, but this store regularly gives less than others, sometimes to the tune of half the normal amount. Premium entrees are no exception. Be prepared to pay an additional $1.25 for an unjustifiably small portion of food. Unless you are going there for the rice/chow mein, in which case you will get plenty of that. The quality of the food has also been underwhelming a number of times. Panda Express is fast food so it is to be expected that occasionally you'll get something that doesn't quite taste right, etc. But it shouldn't be a common occurrence, and at most locations it isn't. This store pretty frequently hands out entrees that taste off from the first bite. I like Panda,, and having one up the hill was supposed to be convenient, so I gave it more than a few chances. But between super small serving sizes to food that is either undercooked, overcooked or some wierd combination of both, the experience has been bad every time. I won't be going to this location anymore, and I'll be telling friends and family to avoid it as well.

My favorite chinese quick service restaurant with a drive-thru. What will they think of next?
