I have always seen and heard great reviews about this pharmacy but today I experienced it for myself. I called about a vaccination that I needed today for my daughter and they said they can do it by tomorrow but I really needed it today so I stopped in to see if they could fit me in. Well apparently they didn’t have the vaccine on hand so one of the owners/employees drove to La Mesa to pick it up for me. I didnt expect anyone to go so above and beyond but I appreciate it more than they will ever know. I think that’s the best customer service I have ever received from a business in my life. They were so friendly to my daughter and I. They gave her a popsicle, coloring book and bubbles. I noticed that the owner greeted his customers all by name which I think is great. I can tell they put their customers first and they find a way to take care of everyone by going the extra mile.
Excellent personal service. My elderly mom loves that she can have her medications delivered in case she ever has a problem getting into town. Hope more people in Ramona are learning about this small, family run pharmacy!
Best pharmacy in town! The pharmacist is really sweet, goes above and beyond. As long as this pharmacy is in business, I will never go back to those other places.
This is an excellent alternative to the big stores like Costco, Walgreens, RiteAid, etc. It is so refreshing to have a pharmacy where the pharmacist and employees pay attention and associate a name with their customers, and that attentiveness extends to every aspect of their business. As a community, it's important to support small businesses, and Best Care absolutely deserves our support.
If any other pharmacy in Ramona deserves even a 2-star rating, 5 stars is not adequate to illustrate the chasm between the outstanding responsiveness, excellent value, and rapid fulfillment that this gem of a pharmacy provides and the lackluster at best treatment received at the others in town. My wife learned of him from a client who had found his pricing more than competitive on pet medicines. She was in this morning with a new prescription for herself and he filled it in under 2 minutes, with charm and courtesy. We love this guy in case you hadn't guessed.
