I would rate this higher, but the night time drive thru wait times are atrocious! The line extends to the main road and the average time it takes to get though the line is 40-60 minutes. They only have 2 workers most nights, which I do not blame the workers for the speed of service, they are doing what they can. Management is fully to blame and they need to schedule more workers so they can actually serve more customers. Who knows how many get turned away when they see the line of cars piling up and how much they are missing out in sales.
Went by for a quick bite at around 1am there were cars in the parking lot and lights on inside but no one answered the box. We went to to the window and no one was visible but it was clear they were avoiding talking our order
Pulled into the line at 1:04pm. Expected a line and wait since they almost always have a line. VW Golf in front of my Toyota Corolla. Pulled up to order at 1:16pm after car in front of me. Waited for them to acknowledge me. After 4 minutes I had to greet them with a "Hello", to which her response is "oh I'm sorry I didn't know anyone was there" and I responded with I've been here 3 minutes not realizing it was almost 4 minutes. Ordered my food: #5 no onions curly fries soda #12 reg fries soda And curly fries And she repeated it correctly. Pulled up to the window. I didn't get an apology for the service, NOTHING. She just takes my card and proceeds with my order. When she gives me my drinks, I decided to say something since she wants to over look the customer service she just gave me. Her excuse for the wait in taking my order was that sometimes they don't hear the next car if the previous car is big...okay but the car in front of me wasn't bigger. Still no apology and no offer to make it right. Now I wasn't looking to be compensated but no effort to make it right just excuses. I was so angry I was cursing and shaking, I had to stop the conversation and get my food. On the way home I decided to look at my receipt. Then I noticed the name on the receipt was diego....not Kimberly, who took my money. So I called to speak with a manager. Connect to Kimberly, who took my order, and ask for a manager. She informed me there isn't a manager on site, she has the day off. Sounds weird there isn't a manager on-site. Okay let me speak with a lead or supervisor. She connects me to Ximena (Jimena). She did listen to my complaint and apologized but proceeded to make excuses yet again. No cameras to see me, sensors aren't accurate, Kimberly just got back from a break....I don't care about all that. Then I asked why does it say diego on my receipt but Kimberly helped me. She said because its his cash drawer and he takes your money. I said but he didn't she did. She said because you asked for a manager. I said no I asked who the manager was and if they were there when I received my sodas which at that time she already took my card. So next excuse please. By this time, I was angry and advised I would speak to her manager Tiffany and contact corporate customer service. I'd like to say that was the end, but I still hadn't seen the food. I ordered curly fries, which she repeated, but I received regular fries. The burger should have had no onions (on my receipt), but the burger had them. The burger was for someone with allergies to onions. Waste of my time, money and food. Ill do to Wendy's, mcdonalds or drive further for something else... this location has gone down hill.... ***I've already submitted my information the the website through the link you provided. Good service.. good cashier Pahua is her name.. very friendly.. Nice and polite..
