    When you look for an eye doctor, you want one with experience and attention to detail. Dr.Robert Filer has been my doctor for a number of years, long enough to see me beginning with regular checkups, through bifocals, to frightening eye disease and now to cataract surgery. He is a lot busier than when I first met him, but he is always humble, kind and answers all my questions. He is busy for a reason. Dr. Filer is a great doctor. If you want someone who will take great care of you as a doctor, he would be my number#1 choice, hands down.

    When cataract surgery failed to improve my vision in one eye, Dr. Filer placed the same lens in my other eye. Now I require specialist and delicate surgery in both eyes. I have seen specialists who ask me "which eye". When I tell them "both eyes" they are taken aback, If the first cataract surgery does not provide a degree of imprvement wait at least a month a la Kaiser style before operating on the other eye.

    I had big problems with my right eye. I was somewhat tense and scared when I went to see Dr. R. Filer. Dr. R. Filer carefully examined my eye, gave a full explanation of the problem and the ways how to solve it. All this was done in a very humane, comfortable and professional manner. I am very grateful to the Dr. R. Filer for the medical help, which he provided. It was great pleasure for me to recommend to my friends and relatives to seek the resolution of problems with their eyes to Dr. R. Filer.

    I have been to Dr. Filer for regular, annual eye exams. Very efficient, quick, a very busy clientele, and I would recommend Dr. Filer to other patients. The professional atmosphere and the advantage of having other doctors' practices and specialists, in the same location. Thank you to Dr. Filer and his staff.
