    Dr Spitz and Dr Davis have been my boy’s dentist for 9 years now. They are wonderful! My youngest son is autistic and both doctors are amazing with him. I would highly recommend them. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because their bookkeeper Jan is awful. She is extremely rude and unhelpful. We have had a couple issues with her in regards to our insurance and billing. Both times we had coverage yet somehow she was unable to verify and we were made to pay out of pocket for both visits, which we happily paid. However, once I was able to confirm our coverage she made getting reimbursed quite difficult. She has been there for years and it is apparent by her attitude that she has gotten quite comfortable in her position and doesn’t really care about providing good customer service. It’s unfortunate that someone with such an unpleasant demeanor and horrible customer service is allowed to continue to work there. I am sure we are not the only family who has similar complaints about her. The rest of the staff is wonderful and I cannot say enough great things about both doctors. Five stars for everyone except the bookkeeper.
