For all the hype and circus flair. I wasn't impressed with their donut selection. Since, they'd only one old fashioned. Additionally, their ice cream inventory and selection's appeared nil. Maybe, they'd serviced a day and one half customer's by the time I arrived the manager responded as such with the exception of an eager youthful employee who was best to take my order. This store outlet could easily be a four and/or a five star and should be!
They usually run out of what they show on the menu. A building is locked there is no way to come in. Always make sure they give you the correct items before driving away. This place is going downhill faster than seaworlds trainwreck. Also the spicy pumpkin latte looks really great on the menu but once you order it you get this drink that looks like a toddler made it or a kid in kindergarten. She doesn't give you a lot of whipped cream like in the picture, the coffee in it is barely there, it mostly tastes like water, and the caramel that's supposed to be on top isn't there either.
Staff is completely incompetent. Had to repeat the order 4 times while the guy working the counter walked away to talk to the other staff. Part of the order wasn't given to me so I had to go back in to get it. They didn't even get my coffee right. 40 minutes of waiting to not even get the right order. A plus this place. Won't be back and don't recommend.
Not sure if I would do drive through again at this location. They were slammed. They got our order wrong, I think gave us two of the same drink. The quality is great just wouldn't do drive through.
Who ever was working morning shift in store cashier, deserves a raise! I’m from the east coast I’ve been to plenty dunks in my life, her customer service was amazing. I felt very welcomed she made my coffee perfectly and it is not that easy.. big ups to her I will definitely be coming back!!
