They wouldn't let me in the handicapped entrance with a baby in a stroller. They informed me that I would have to fold up the stroller and carry both stroller and baby up the stairs.
Fast service considering there was only one clerk open and a line forming. Got in and out fast.
I wanted to send a document to the secretary of state but the Indian woman modified the return envelope, she put a bigger one, I told her that my envelope was big and she started to get rude with me and she discriminated against me because of how I speak the English language. it is not professional
Long lines, staff doesn't care.
This USPS location in San Mateo is busy but consistently has 2-3 service windows open. Parking is a challenge. This post office is a historical landmark. The building is Art Deco with hints of California Spanish style architecture. The lobby has a beautiful mural above service windows.
