    Walked into the San Mateo store and was greeted by Jimmy. One of the best experiences we had! We were looking for a leather sectional and Jimmy was so patient listening to us, explaining things and walking us through the store. We had been to RH and other stores but the kind of attention to detail we saw here was 10/10. We finally liked what we wanted and Jimmy setup the delivery. Called back couple of days later and said they had an earlier spot open for delivery. Sectional was deliver professionally and all went smooth! 5 stars!

    One of the best furniture stores I know. Excellent value for the money with well styled designs. Great staff. If you are on a budget and tend towards IKEA... forget their impossible delivery times, spend some more and get better, more durable furniture. I own Scandinavian Design pieces that have moved multiple times over the last 20+ years.

    Been shopping here since I was a kid. Not quite the same awe these days but once in a while, you can find a nice piece at a decent price and without a huge wait. Counts for a lot these days. Staff is helpful, delivery can't be beat.

    They consistently have designs that both parties in our household like, and that's a tough thing to do. I feel like they let you look around here without trying to pressure you, and they can do that because there are so many gorgeous things. Truly a great store if it's in your price range.

    I always love walking around the showrooms. Like any of their other stores, they provide a great way to get up close and familiar with the pieces they sell online. The added benefit is that the stores will often have furniture that's sold out online. Associates are also very friendly and willing to work with you. They're also very hands-off. I don't think we've been approached by one unprompted before 😂
