    They're scammers and don't want to help you get your money's worth when they do your taxes. They are all Lazy! Would not recommend. Wasted 3 years going there. Save your time and money!

    Be careful people, they do not assume responsibility when they make a mistake. Also they make you feel as if it’s your fault and you gotta deal with the situation, they try to blame you and wash their hands, they do not try to assist you anymore, and make you contact the IRS instead of them doing it. They won’t answer your calls or return them as well, They’re very unprofessional and rude, just a FYI people, we’re dealing with a bad experience due to their mistake.

    Very rude ! I went to do my taxes and he was the rudest person. It doesn't even let you speak. He's right . And as a fool I went again. Because I had already had a very bad experience since last year. I thought that when I returned I could also fix what happened with my taxes from last year that have not come. And this time he wouldn't even let me speak. I do not recommend they are very rude.
