This Taco Bell location is across the street from Fresno State University and has friendly employees, and the lobby was clean except for the drink bar, it needed some serious cleaning, also one of the unisex restrooms toilet was about to overflow that's the reason they only get three stars. I stopped in and had my usual beefy five layer burrito and I tried the nacho fries for the first time they were delicious. My overall experience at this Taco Bell was okay.
Had an awesome experience, Rebecca M, took my order and also suggested a better combo to have which saved me money, she was super respectful, nice and professional. The service was very fast, the restaurant was very clean. Love the experience, check it out and you wont be disappointed.
This is more about Taco Bell not changing their hours on here to match the hours at the location. This location is NOT 24hrs. I used to try to come here around 3am, no one here. I've tried 6am, no one here. And as for Taco Bell's app, that should at least be able to prevent you from ordering at a location when it is not open.
This is the friendliest and fastest Taco bell in all of Fresno hands down. The order taker this morning 5/15/21 @ 6:20am was listening to my order and she had no problem understanding:) she was quick and then told me my total. That never happens, usually people at other Taco Bell’s take their sweet time and always make me repeat my order after every word. But yeah must have good management here way to go!
An odd thing happens at this Taco Bell. When I go in to order, my order is always correct. When I go through the drive-thru, one small thing is always wrong. Wrong soda, wrong sauce, an item of some kind got substituted without my asking, etc. Can't imagine why this would happen so consistently, but everything tastes good at Taco Bell, so it's hard to complain. It's fine otherwise.
