The Victor Apartments

Every review on is pretty much accurate. Think of a “D. All of the above” answer. I have lived in some pretty sketch areas in my life and this place doesn’t even come close to being awful. The living conditions are HORRIBLE! 1. The dumpsters are always over flowing leading to pests living in the complex 2. During the winter, the water heater couldn't keep up so the water reached 75 degrees max 3. The bathroom is clearly rotting behind the tub. No amount of bleach or scrubbing could help stop it 4. Cops constantly being called because people who don't even live there are fighting 5. Our air conditioning died at the hottest point of the summer and took a WEEK to repair. And we couldn’t get a portable one because all 6 were in other apartments with the same issue 6. Management is constantly changing. And so do the rules of the property 7. Cars constantly being vandalized and broken into 8. Parking spaces always being taken by random people 9. Management doesn’t care about you once you move in. They wont answer the phone or open the door, even if they see you. 10. They are over priced. A room goes for $600+. A two bedroom is $1200. Based on this list and the neighborhood, its not worth it. Think of this as the 10 commandments to not move in. I promise you will find a way better place for the same price.

Do not move in these apartments. Everything the person said above me is true! I recently moved in and I’m moving out next year when my lease is up. The management always changes, the office is unorganized and unprofessional. They don’t answer phone calls nor answer you question and care for your concerns. Josh for one, will laugh in your face and will do absolutely nothing . Two weeks ago the maintenance man came to fix a couple things of my apartment that wasn’t working. They “fixed” it then three days later everything was back how it was before. The material they use is cheap, two of my eyes on the stove are out, along with outlets not working and my toilet leaking at the bottom and also the handle itself breaking off as of two days ago. They put the wrong knobs in my shower, my apartment was refinished yet I’m having these complications. My rent was supposed to be $635.00 monthly but they bumped it to 745.00 minus PG&E . I don’t have the masters bedroom so I don’t believe I should be paying almost 800.00 for a student living apartment. The walls are very thin, and yes roaches come out at summertime. I have yet to see one in my apartment and I hope I don’t. Anyways that’s been my experience so far. I just feel like the owners truly just don’t give a care in the world. As long as they get they share of money. All that matters to them.🤷🏽‍♀️

I’ve tried to contact their office so many times to see what is available but I’ve gotten no response. The friend I’m looking to roommate with has called so many times and haven’t gotten a single response. This is insane. The listings on apartment.com are updated but yet fail to communicate to those looking to live in the complex. Absolute absurdity.

My girlfriend already tried calling whatever number provided by the lady in the comments stating she would like to discuss the issue and per usual never got a call back after she left a voicemail so no I will not be wasting my time with bs customer service. Train your employees to do their jobs accurately.

I just moved back to Fresno after working in Arizona for a few years. I am looking for nice apartment in Fresno. After looking at the reviews and talking to one of my coworkers who lives there it doesnt seem like a good place to live. Any other suggestions please email me.
