Love the food. Another one of those places I've gone to since I was a kid and it's just as good now as it was then. I can be a little pricey but when you get soup or a salad, fresh breaded w/ butter, a pasta dish and ice cream, I think it's well worth the cost. In the photo is just the main dishes we ordered. The family Lasagna, the Spinach Tortellini, and the Chicken Alfredo. Every one of them was amazing!
I'm really glad they were able to make outdoor dining comfortable. I was really impressed with how good the quality of food and drinks were too. Service was also great. I appreciate my kids being treated well. They told me they had fun.
Food was excellent, but service was definitely sub par. We waited 35 minutes to be seated, which was fine since they are not seating at capacity. Our waitress took our order and was very friendly; however, she took an extensive period of time to come back in between. We received our appetizer after our food and were not checked on in between. So much so that we had to ask our busboy for boxes after waiting over thirty minutes after completing our meal. Dessert was part of our meal, and we again had to ask the bus boy to bring our dessert. He deserved the tip more than the waitress did. I was very disappointed in the service especially because there were many empty seats. I would've give more stars; however, the poor service outweighed the good meal.
Excellent customer service. Food portion size was excellent. The plating was nicely done. The bread, soup and salad was delicious. The chicken parm and the chicken Alfredo were seasoned well. Despite liking the flavors of the dishes, I couldn’t get over how the pasta did not taste freshly made. The other star was for their ice cream. Why would you serve ice cream that possibly has freezer burn with evidence of there being ice crystals mixed in and on top of the ice cream.
I love to order the spaghetti with meatballs, but always substitute meat sauce for the marinara. Their balsamic vinaigrette is perfect on their salad. The spumoni ice cream is so good!! 😋😋😋
