    Been seeing Dr. Vaynerov for a few years now. She is excellent - thorough, caring and thoughtful. Great office staff too. Maybe not a super warm and fuzzy office but efficient.

    I went in after a car crash with symptoms of foggy memory and severe headaches and back pains. She told me I was young and would bounce back, and refused to treat me or even examine me until I took legal actions with the other driver, so I had to seek treatment elsewhere (she is my primary care doctor). I had also recently found a lump in my breast the size of a golf ball. She examined and put a request for an ultrasound in at a specialty clinic. A month later it was approved. I went in and the people that took the ultrasound told me the results would be sent to my doctor in 2-3 days. It has been a week and a half and I have called the doctor 5 times now, and she has been unavailable every time. The people that took the ultrasound told me they'd sent the results to her twice now, and I still haven't gotten them. DO NOT recommend this doctors services. There is a lack of care for issues that should be taken seriously. Looking into switching doctors. This is unacceptable as a medical practitioner.

    Great Doctor. she spend so much time with me . After test result she contact me by phone with all explanations so that I wouldn't have to pay for another visit.
