    The receptionist refused to do her job. I had to call the doctor's office over and over until I had to get the Pharmacist on the phone and she had to take the prescription over the phone. Very rude and lazy receptionist which complained to me saying she was on hold and has other work to do. Had no customer service experience and was very impatient. I would be advise Dr. Faina Zlatogorov, MD to hire a new receptionist. The receptionist told me that she faxed over the prescription 3 times and the Pharmacy kept on telling me that they never received anything. I had to get the Pharmacy to get the receptionist to give over the prescription after hours of calling! If you're a worker do the work necessary! The receptionist said she did everything in her power to send over the prescription and told me to switch pharmacies. Very disrespectful and stubborn receptionist.

    She charges $100 cash for every visit. She writes incorrect prescriptions frequently. Office is dirty, reception is extremely rude. Not sure if this is a legitimate practice.
