Optimal Movers

These guys were AMAZING! From the minute I contacted them, John was great about communication for our move and responded super fast. What movers call when they say they will and show up when they say they will? Optimal Movers really do!!! The movers were so friendly, polite and safety conscious. Always wore masks in the house and really were very professional. No hidden fees even for taking apart and reassembling some furniture for us. The second story apartment with no elevator wasn't even an issue for these guys. I can't say enough nice things about the team and will definitely be using them again.

So these guys are great. Came highly recommended from a friend, and their pricing was the most straightforward quote I'd gotten after calling a few places which was refreshing. When it came time to pay there were no hidden fees or anything like that either. The move went as smooth as a move could go; they were very communicative with us about everything and I never once felt like I had to be concerned about the handling of our belongings. They were efficient and professional, but also very friendly. They went above and beyond in helping us bring a few pieces of furniture to the trash. While I had already decided to always use movers going forward, I will now always be using Optimal for the job. 10/10 would move again.

Had a really great experience with Optimal Movers! They were very quick in wrapping and moving all of our furniture and boxes from 2 different locations. Will definitely be using and recommending Optimal for all of our future moves in LA!

This was one of my best moving experiences. John, Jose and Ross we AMAZING!!!!!! They arrived on time and move quickly and efficiently. They secured everything and bubble wrapped everything that was not packed. They were super friendly and fast! When we got to the storage unit, I had not seen it yet and didn't know what it looked like. When we discovered that it was a weird triangle shape that was not advertised they were able to assess the space and confirm everything would fit. They managed to "tetris" everything in and still leave space to spare! They were all around the best! Such a great experience and worth every penny. Also, very affordable compared to other movers in the area!

I feel so lucky to have found Optimal Movers. John and his team have helped me move multiple times in LA and they're the only ones I trust to do the job right. They take the pain out of moving and actually make it fun! John's team always has such great energy and are very professional. I've heard horror stories of other moving companies breaking things, showing up late, overcharging, etc but I never have to worry about that with Optimal. They keep my belongings in perfect condition and set up my furniture like pros. I refer them to all my friends, who also rave about their service. Optimal Movers are the best quality in LA and also the best price! Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you guys for everything.
