Horrible customer service, everyone that works there is rude and condescending. I've known this for a while, but only just experienced it personally today. I buy gas here all the time, and a lot of it since I drive so much for work. Happened to have a tire sensor go off that the air was low and I asked if they could turn the air on and the attendant yelled at me that it's only for paying customers or you have to pay $1. A dollar isn't that much but I've been to so many gas stations that just turn it on and I was mistaken and said "I don't think that's the law" and he yelled at me again to read the sign in front of other customers. I was wrong about the law, but that doesn't mean I deserved to be treated that way. I come into this spot a few times a week and am always respectful and polite. They just lost my business, I'll go out of my way not to get gas here anymore. Won't make much of a dent in their business I'm sure since it's a convenient spot, but I'd rather take my business elsewhere. It's really not that hard to not be rude.
Fix your restroom for your loya customers. This is absurd that one day you allow to you use it and another you don't.
Save your money go down the street to Arco or Sinclair gas way cheaper this guy is a price gouger
I stopped here to take some gas after taking the gas I supposed to use the restroom. When i asked for the restroom keys the guy mr Alex says its not working when i told him, there no sign on the restroom his behavior was very rude and he told me break the door use restroom, unbelievable as a regular shell customer I would like to request all the others please be careful before you stop here and shell should take care of customers
I asked a question to the owner about why gas wasn’t pumping on the station and he just printed out a recipe, rudely stated it was pumped when it didn’t. He didn’t even want to see or hear to fix the problem. Will never come here to get gas again.
