Went to this facility for my Covid testing. The staff was efficient, very friendly and patient as I had a lot of questions. The wait wasn’t long before the doctor came in to explain the different types of testing. He was very informative and also very patient. I didn’t feel rushed which was nice. The facility was also very organized and clean. Great experience. 😁
Came here for some blood work my primary doctor sent me to do. Barbara, I believe the office manager took my call since I have a few questions about costs. She was very lovely and gave me a run down of what my insurance was going to cover. When I came into the office, front office ladies welcomed me with a smile. It felt awesome. They verified my insurance and I was ready to be seen by the doctor. The doctor at the time of my visit was Dr. Gordon Van Tassell. He is definitely the best doctor I have seen in a long time. He takes his time on you and really cares about your well being. The back office staff made my visit such a lovely visit. I will definitely come back to West Hollywood urgent care if need be. Oh, they also offer prompt X ray services as well. Highly recommend. Please check them out.
Had such a great experience not only my first but also my second visit! From beginning to end of visits watched staff and doctors follow protocols with the pandemic. Staff were all very pleasant. It was a breeze registering. The wait wasn’t long at all (the usual urgent care wait). Thank you North Hollywood Urgent Care! You guys are awesome!
Updated: I went to this location for a covid test and was really impressed and surprised by how efficient the process was. Dr Van Tassel was great and got me in and out. I also got my results back quickly. This was my first experience at an urgent care. I normally go to my primary care doctor but wasn't able to get in the same week. At the urgent care, I was able to see a doctor quickly and the overall process of registration was surprisingly smooth and easy.
I would rate West Hollywood Urgent Care with a five star rating. I saw Dr. Vantassell and he was very understanding and solved my health problem. .The service was very prompt and efficient. It. looks like the office was well managed and everyone was very courteous.
