Laurel Span School

Laurel is wonderful and very supportive...small classes and excellent teachers the students are well rounded and very intellegent not a private school but very close. For 6 years I have been very pleased with Laurel from the education to the school events and field trips. Building strong teacher parent relationships the Parents Center Ms.Laura and her workshops are always available with resourceful information.This school offers students attention and affection something very important to academics progress and the daily support to the parents keeps Laurel above the rest

My son attends this little school. I love how the classes are small and how much attention he receives from the instructors. It's like a little family--I'm proud to be a part of this community.

I'm just waking into the school to add my child to the school. The secretary is rude, and very disrespectful. Good luck trying to reach the principal or counselor. She makes it feel impossible. Such a power trip.

i was in this school for 3 months and it was just like baby work . so moved to a better way more advanced school. thank god . but the middle school there is just un organized and horrible to many subs and i heard they changed principles so just keep that in mind , btw this is coming from a collage UCLA student, who is trying to help future students and parents make a good decision if there child should go here . several students a treated unfairly but i am not going in to details on that . ALSO THE SCHOOL COUNSELOR HAS BEEN CAUGHT SEVERAL TIMES BY MANY PARNETS OF HER GIVING PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER STUDENTS . ( the reason how i know all this information is because i had a brother who went to this school but he also had the option to leave so he left a few months ago also i have got many phone calls from parents who there child attend that school telling me negetive stuff about the school .) . And the whole reason why i and giving this review is because i want to give back to my community. Also please take you time to read other reviews to comfirm any qestions or doubts.i will report all of this to lausd commmunity mangers

I love this school my son is attending since kinder garden, since that year until now Everything is been perfect ,thank you to Miss Diaz Principal of the school she always is on the top of everything .Also Ms. Blowitz 5th Grade teacher thank you so much for been greate teacher for my Son Leo ,for sure he will miss you .Thank you to all Teachers for always teach our kids 😊.
