Easy Move!! The three man, Chris, Edgar, and Daniel were the three musketeers! Thanks so much for the help. Very nice and friendly and the wrapped all the big items that needed to be move. Not to mentioned put it all back together. Oh and they were on time.
I found Hippo Movers on Google and contacted them. The minute Gili picked up the phone I know that I am going to schedule the move with them. Gili provided me with all the information, explained everything very clear and in details. On the move date the guys: Walter, Victor and Fernando arrived on time. They wrapped everything very carefully (I had very expensive furniture) and delivered to my new house. During the whole move, the guys kept on working and smiling. Everything was moved to my new house without any damage. I could not ask for a better service. I will definitely recommend you. Thank you guys!!!!
The worst unreliable service I ever experienced ! When they arrived the day of moving , they told me how much they are going to charge extra on top of what we agreed on the phone , $150 to put the bed together, $120 to move a marble table, $10 extra to wrap each chair because its white , not including charge for material, $10 for each piece that they need to wrap, nothing included in the charge of $155 per hour with minimum of 4 hours. Basically they came to double the charges, the manager complained that I ruined her day after I complained and told me that maybe its better if they leave ! So I said yes , just leave ! I got stuck with no moving solution on a Sunday, fully packed ! I felt cheated and understood all they wanted is to come and "make extra money ", definitely didn't come to do a professional honest job. Cant be trusted ! Later on that day the manager Gili apologized and refunded the deposit ! That was too little too late !!! I don't recommend , horrible experience !!!
Great service at a great price. Gili was always quick to respond, informative, and a pleasure to speak with and she and crew helped us through two moves in the span of 8 months. Both moves went off as well as could have imagined and we are happy and grateful customers. If we ever move again, we know who to look up.
Oh my! I highly recommend! The best movers ever! We have moved 14 times in 20 years. This group was the nicest, most professional group of movers ever! Hippo movers made this move exceptionally easy!! Thank you! Our crew was Chris, Fernando, Daniel, jimmy and gerson. The best!!!!
