BEWARE of a recruiter by the name of Farrell Pompa! She sent me to a client location, and lied about being provided with the necessary equipment needed to perform the job task. 2 weeks in, and I still didn't have the proper equipment stated during the hiring process. She didn't even tell me about the client giving us a day off, after I spent 1 1/2 hours driving to the location. And STILL 4 YEARS LATER! I'm being penalized for it. Whatever she wrote in my candidate file, is preventing me from getting a job from any aerotek. After COVID, and many clients needing workers, you would think that they would try to staff as many people as they can. After multiple calls, and interviews, I still have to explain myself for what she wrote in my file. I wonder what would the California EDD office have to say about Aerotek denying people jobs, when they are willing/able to work. DISGRACEFUL!

I agree with Intidada's review...this staffing agency does not care about employees and they aren't a good resource for medical office work. My recruiter actually lied to me about a job. It was supposed to be a 6 month contract working remotely, when in fact it was only 2 months remote and the commute was very long from where I live. When I called her out on it she dropped me as an applicant. Before that she had threatened to CANCEL an interview when I criticized the way things were being handled. Also, it is nearly impossibly to contact many of their field offices.

They care more about their contracts than they do the Employees, when an Employee is treated unfairly they rather remove the Employee than correct the situation so they don’t loose the contract, sad but true, Employees are nothing but a number to them. I heard that their top recruiter even said to one of the shift leads whoever wanted to get unemployment let me know SO WE CAN FINISH THEM. I laughed at that because unemployment is a worker’s right to get if he becomes unemployed. They really need to check their main top recruiter.

these guys have to be the worst agency in history. twice i have worked for them. and twice they have placed me at underneath the barrel companies. stop working with startups! they are STARTUPS! they have absolutely no idea what they are doing! you are wasting good talent by throwing people under the bus! they dont return emails they dont return calls. anyone looking to break into the aerospace industry, please. dont accept any positions with these people. you will get thrown on third shift somewhere in the desert for 15$ an hour 7 days a week.

They didnt pay every week first lie They wont give me my w2 they are refusing my w2 to me pablo and gorege are both liars dont believe a word these guys say worst recruiters ever. After we finished welding everything they fired both shifts and instead of getting us more work they tell me to file for unemployment this company isnt worth youre time trust me hopefully the next person seeking work reads all the reviews this company sucks I have proof email me before you start thinking about working with these people and ill show u ss of how much of a fassle it is to get gorge and pablo to do anything
