    The place appeared clean and originized. I didnt have to wait long and things moved pretty fast but I have to say one of the young girls by the name Silvia had a problem with working with people. She was kind of rude and short and I had to ask her three times to explain something she had wrote on a piece of paper. The only reason why I had to ask three times is because she explain it so very quickly. This is the reason why I'm rating it with three stars. The gentleman that actually did my drug test was awesome and very nice. Review for August 22, 2021 visit. Another good visit at Concentra office. This is my second drug test with in a year and a half at this place, and the reason is I'm applying for another job. This visit went well but this time not only did I have to fill out a paper form but also had to fill out one online with even more questions. The wait was about an hour. This time I had a drug test and a physical which all went well. Place was clean and pretty well organized. Everyone from the front desk to the exam room was very nice and professional. Thanks for making an uncomfortable process comfortable.

    I arrived and was greeted immediately. Filled out some paperwork. Front desk staff efficient and knew why I was there. Waited less than five minutes and was called back to complete drug test. RN was knowledgeable and friendly thoroughly explained everything and test was completed. Results sent to correct place.

    The staff is polite but waited almost 3 hours to get a physical assessment done. This wait time way too long to for a physical assessment. I had waited over an hour the day before but I left because I had to be at work. This is the longest I haver ever waited. Time is very precious kindly help your patients save it. Thank you

    I was there for 4.5 hours for a pre-employment physical and TB test. First I had to wait 2 hours when originally told 1 hour. Due to it being a physical, I was not allowed to make an appointment. Then I got bumped for a priority client's employees which made my wait longer. They were understaffed which made it longer. After I had my blood work done, I had to wait almost another hour in an exam room for a doctor to examine me before I could perform the physical tasks required by my job. I entered the building at 10:15 and left at 2:45. It was ridiculous.
