    We've been here for almost 2 months waiting on a house to close, they're a bit skimpy on the continental breakfast as my understanding is that they're supposed to have oatmeal packets and small muffins in the morning but I haven't seen any muffins for the last 2.5 weeks and now I haven't seen any oatmeal packets for the last week either. There have been quite a few sketchy characters that frequent this place. They really should have a roaming guard at night here but they don't. The catalytic converter was stolen off my daughter's Honda Accord one afternoon here...

    Outside was very nice, seems newly painted as did rooms. Interior fixtures bad. Bath tub dirty. Does not enforce mask rules. Would not recommend.

    My first time here for a little birthday getaway it was Peaceful quiet, relaxation the environment was clean the staff was polite my room was really clean and things were in order.

    Fraudulent activity. Scam Alert⛔️ 19200 Harbor Gateway location, Torrance California If you call them they will tell you they have a vacancy and they told me that they needed my credit card and so I gave it to them. She said the room will cost $109.99. She clearly told me that all I will have to do is Pay the $109.99 & Show them my identification and my credit card. This sounded good and convenient to me so I gave her my credit card number, expiration date and the three digit code on the back that she asked for. She clearly stated all I would need to do was to pay the room amount with cash & submit the confirmation number that she emailed me to hold the room. Once I arrived here at this location I submitted my I’d & my credit card for the female clerk at the lobby counter. there was another lady standing at the counter next to her saw me placing cash on the counter but walked to the back office after witnessing the following engagement with the clerk., her co-worker said to me “no , we only take cash over 7-day stays.,But if you’re only going to be here for two or three days we will charge it against your account”. I specifically told her I don’t have but $50 on my credit card. I expressed to her that this is fraudulent because over the phone they don’t tell you that ahead of time., The gimmick is to get your credit card to charge against it and the cancellation fee of $50 - $100 Reporting them to the BBB. Don’t give them your credit card.
