This storage facility is always immaculate. We have been using it for two years now. The staff is always professional and courteous, especially Mia. She is friendly beyond words and goes out of her way to help whenever she can. As much as we begged her, she would not accept a tip. So, at her insistence, we’re leaving this review instead. Thank you!
This location itself seems safe because it is inside unlike most places I have viewed within the area. I made my reservation online then I went to the office to complete the process. I had the pleasure of experiencing Joy. She helped me with everything! From providing allllll the information, giving me the keys and walking me to my unit. The unit was very neat and well kept (so that was exciting)! Joy provided excellent help and I will always refer this particular public storage in the future when asked. Thank you!
Brandon, Mia and Joy were excellent help! They were extremely patient with all of my questions, showed me multiple units and helped me figure out what unit is best for me! Clean, bright and organized. Definitely recommend.
I visited this facility because it was recommended to me as the nearest property having 10' X 10' units available, which is what I was seeking. I met Mia at the reception. She was extremely courteous and thorough with the entire process. It took me a while to understand the details as this was my first time renting public storage but, Mia was very patient and like a pro guided me through all the steps. She even helped me download and activate the app on my phone that I could then use to access this facility. My experience here has been great! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone reading this review and looking to rent storage units.
