I do deposit's for my job and today was my first time to get a personal service and every time I come at this location some bank tellers always have an unhappy face, they don't smile at all , also Customer service is poor in Ability to resolve a conflict with an account related and Listening to customer requests. I strongly suggest you remind all bank employees at this location of the company’s policies what it means to be in a service related industry, because they are failing right now... I will drive farther for better service...
Been trying to call for 2 days now with no answer. Their VM tells you to call another #, that # tells you to call the bank, that # doesn't answer. Gues Ill just go in to ask a question😂
I had a very unpleasant experience with Ronza at your branch , I was rushed and she was rude to me and I feel that as a loyal customer to the bank I should be treated with respect,
The bank manager has no experience and she is not nice to the customers
They treat me with respect all the time and there are good people working inside.
