Sorry to see others that didn't have a good experience in here. My father passed out Sunday morning during the service. The Ambulance got him and put him in one of rooms. Few hours later had a surgery. I can't tell how pleased I am with the front desk staff, nurses and doctors. Everything was as expected and more. June 2021. Thank you all
On June 14, 2020 I went to the ER because a drainage tube I had in my stomach was clogged and needed to be replaced. When I arrived multiple employees weren't wearing masks. I complained to the nurse that was helping me and she said she would say something to whoever was in charge. 10 or so minutes after that, while I was in a room one of the employees came in an confronted me about my complaint. I had lost over 100 pounds in the first 6 months of 2020, and was in terrible physical condition. I was in fear for my life because I thought he was going to hurt me. I had to scream for my nurse to get help. I complained to Sharp and they made up BS excuses saying he wanted to apologize. He never apologized. He was aggressive and threatening. Sharp did nothing about this. Multiple other employees weren't wearing masks despite being in the heart of a pandemic.
Behavior unit couldn't find anything wrong with my mental health so I had to find it myself. I want to thank some of the good doctors in the Behavior unit and a thanks to nurse luna from the ER department.
I was not impressed with the customer service, thoroughness, or bedside manner. I took my daughter in for a painful ear infection. The nurse hardly said anything, and the doctor did not do a thorough exam. Not impressed with the care we received, but grateful they were there.
Came in because of a suspect kidney stone. ER staff was wonderful and made me comfortable. It was my fist time in the ER and I was pretty anxious. Scans were done and I was quickly diagnosed with a 2mm stone and was discharged with appropriate reading material. Thanks ER staff!
