My husband was looking for a new business suit since his old ones don't fit anymore. We walked in and was greeted immediately. We told Eddie what we were looking for and he immediately took us under his wing. He educated us on different styles of jacket and how sizing is different between each styles. He gave us some options and pointed out what to look out for. He then left us to our own device but made sure to check up on us. Lovely customer service!!!
Great customer service at this one. A different one had forgotten some renta items but the manager here took care of things for my wedding! Thank you!
Very helpful employees. Good selection of suits, shirts, etc. Everything need a guy needs to get a complete outfit for a special occasion.
Only giving an extra star because May provided great customer service under the circumstances. She was already assisting 4 other people. There were 4 groups of people in the shop area waiting to be serviced. My fiance and I were waiting over 15 min (we came in to pick up the tux he had purchased and had altered, our event was in 5 days) and only got service because I flagged May down. No one greeted us when we walked in. No one seemed at all pleased that we were there, and probably because they were overcrowded and overworked. Clearly short staffed. Feel bad for staff because it is really management's fault for the horrible service and experience we had. It is disappointing because it is an experience preceeding a very special event and it should feel exciting and special. But this store, this experience taints that. They are in the event industry and should ensure they create and provide an atmosphere that is welcoming and warm. It is impossible to do this when a store does not hire an adequate amount of staff. Shout out to May who was hustling and bustling, serving 4 different groups while her coworkers handled 1 group at a time. As we left the group waiting to be served had doubled. This place will not make it if it doesn't fix the staffing situation.
It's changed since my last visit. Not for the better, either. Instead of arranging by size, they arrange by color. Why do that?
