    Just purchased my first car. Axel Campos’s customer service was outstanding. He went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted and made the process very smooth. If you’re purchasing a new car I would recommend for you to go to Perris Valley and ask for Axel Campos.

    I purchased a beautiful mustang from this dealership with wonderful service even after traveling from 3 hours away. The process was made smooth with the great communication days prior to my arrival. Ask for Rosalio!! He is amazing and went above and beyond. Financial officer was very transparent in my purchase and documents. Overall 10/10. Beautiful cars in their lot so I definitely recommend.

    I went in for a oil change I had 5600 miles on my car they did not tell me I didn't need a change till 7500 miles and they put a additive in my gas. Why do a new Telluride need a gas additive at 5000 miles. So does that mean the car isn't as good as the build up. With all that being said I should have read my manual and they did it in a timely manner. Still fill like I was taken advantage of. Read what's on that little computer before you sign it.

    Took my daughter here yesterday and customer service was Amazing. I dealt with Jesus aka. JP, Cassandra, and Francisco sales manager. They all were very helpful and straightforward. There was no pressure at all. We test drove two vehicles and left with a Kia Optima. Process was smooth and quick. They took the car had it washed, and filled the tank up before pulling off the lot. I highly recommend this dealership, especially working with the three names mention above. I give them all a 10 out of 10 for Awesome customer service and putting a smile on my daughter's face. We will be back soon for another vehicle.

    First time at this dealership and had a safety recall maintenance performed. Was able to secure an appointment when I was unable to get one at another Kia dealership. Service was performed at a reasonable time and they even offered a car wash as part of customer service which I was very impressed with. I have a 60k mile maintenance coming up and am considering using this kia location for maintenance service. They took care of me and that's important customer service to me.
