    I love going to this postal office, thee greatest customer service ever. It is entertaining as you wait to conduct your business. It is like going to a comedy show while handling your business. I always forget the lovely young lady's name, but she definitely deserves a raise. She makes the time go by great while you wait. She is fast, friendly, caring, and knows her job down to the T. Whomever she is, you are awesome and continue with your gift of making people laugh and smile through life genuinely.

    A bunch of grumpy impatient people working here. They make you feel rushed and feels like they want you to leave as soon as possible. They could really use some enthusiasm and be nicer. Except a young lady with long dark hair she has always been very sweet, kind, patient, and makes the trips to the post office not so bad, the African American lady is nice as well but overall that young lady is about the only one who gives excellent customer service. I only go there because it's the closest post office

    I'm not receiving any mail for months. I waited n line for a long period to ask a simple question. Where's my mail? As I waited for my turn I noticed an African American at front desk making jokes. He made fun of a person with disabilities. I felt uncomfortable and I'm very disappointed the supervisor received a lot of complaints while I was there but nothing was done. Supervisor takes complaints as jokes too I guess

    I work for the Post Office and I wish I could give these people zero stars. The ladies here have the worst customer service in Perris. When they give you attitude for no reason. Just ask to speak with the postmaster and make a complaint.

    PEOPLE WORKING AT THE PERRIS, POST OFFICELOOK MISERABLE AND HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEN SOUND ANNOYED AND LOOK LIKE THEY HATE THEIR JOBS.
