    I asked specifically about a drop off location when I picked the car up from the airport, and was assured that it was fine. The location was closed down and the next closest location didn't have a drop box (or access to their lot) so I called their customer support and was told to keep the car at no cost till the next day and drop it off. The next day I was told I would be charged extra for the location and the day and that there was nothing he could do. I was told that I would be contacted to discuss the charges, but all I got was a receipt in my email. I called again to customer support and was told a report was written from the first time I called as well as that time and that someone would be contacting me. The only other contact attempted was this survey. This is completely unprofessional and I am being brushed off.
