Always a great shopping experience. Staff is friendly and the store has everything you need. They have informed staff that can answer questions about most anything. A+
Between closing even earlier and making the 20% coupon harder to find online, Home Depot is getting a lot of business I WOULD have given to Harbor freight. I like the store, I like the staff. But, I've been saying for a long time, Harbor should stay open an hour, or two, later than the competition. Open later in the morning, if need be. 8PM was bad enough, but now it's 7PM. I don't know how many times I've been one, or seen other dissapointed customers show up at locked doors.
I had my wife return, 2 cans of r134 because she wanted a mechanic to do it I saw the receipt for the return, had done different card #s and had a different name. I called then went into store the next day. The temp manager, Scott said I guess Saul Lopez got the credit. He did nothing to correct the errorr. He and the other managers make it difficult to find ads or coupons available, then you have to go fishing for discounts. I live 50 mile round trip to store. I did find a lady mgr very cordial, when the store opened Scott does not deserve to be a manager.
