    There's this guy named Adrian (on his shirt) and he was very helpful in assisting us. He did all the checking and tracking their system for the service, he kept very professional and stayed calm. Walmart has to recognize their employee doing all the problem solving and attending to customers plus working the whole day at the shop. Would recommend and he's really a great help to us. Another guy attended us after Adrian, his name tag says Jesus and he was also very helpful to us like Adrian. Jesus remained professional while talking to us and did great job answering our queries. We realized that it's on our end and he's been patient to us. I hope Walmart would atleast give them a raise or some recognition. Walmart has good employees and I'm glad they keep them.

    So far the worst customer service and management in the whole U.S. I i hope I don’t counter this again with any other place. Very surprised, how they are still operating Auto care, better if they closed it permanently. No offense, speaking based on experience and employee ignore customers at all cost and rude. Know nothing about auto care!!!!!!
