    Im a regular for years and they are helpful, excellent customer service. Only spot I prefer to go to than others in the area.

    Very rude and asked to hurry up so others could enter the store. We waited outside patiently for our turn to enter and hardly had a chance to look for our hair care needs before being rushed along. We were there to shop hair products, nails and eye makeup. We ended up leaving and making our large purchase at a nearby competitor where they gladly helped us with great customer service in every department. Good luck staying in business with covid restrictions and extremely unprofessional employees, you just lost some longtime good customers!!!!!

    DOES NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS FOR DISABLED CUSTOMERS I can not believe that Sally's above management allows their teams to treat customers like they do. I called into corporate on two different occasions on 2 different locations and they just do not care about their customers. My visit yesterday was during COVID with an occupancy of 4 ( understandable) and not allowing groups of 3 or 4 to come is what the sign said. The manager seen my mother in a wheelchair, my daughter (9 years old) and myself standing in line. She came outside approached us and said my store is to small to allow you inside you can do a curbside pickup if you want. I told her we were looking for hair color and needed to go. She replied I can not allow you to go in ( you can hear the frustrationin her voice). I felt very discriminated towards because of the wheelchair and my mother's disability. THIS IS NOT RIGHT AND THERE should BE EXCEPTIONS FOR WHEELCHAIRS AND THEIR FAMILIES OR SERVICE NEEDS!

    Super rude customer service. I was attempting to return an unused item and the chick that was “helping” implied that the item had been used and that I should be honest about it because she couldn’t resell it. She even grabbed another bottle to “weight” them against each other. The manager was not available to speak to at the time. I will not return again.
