I think the job description for this place is “absolutely hate customers and plan on ruining peoples day, this is the perfect job for you.” Everyone here is rude and has no customer service skills. They just hate people and they won’t fix any problems that they cause. Honestly think they are from other bubble tea reps that are working here as spies to sabotage Chatime.
Bad customer service - especially the lady with short blonde hair who got my order incorrect not once, but TWICE today. Least she could've done was show some respect and manners but instead she was completely rude about it. I understand that maybe it was busy but staff need to be trained to uphold customer service standards in all situations, even during peak hour periods.
Service is typically quite slow here, and sometimes their barcode scanner for particular promos doesn't work! Which means you have to walk to another shop or leave it altogether. Orders are sometimes incorrect, but for the most part staff are nice.
