Brilliant service. Had to do hotel quarantine at Mercure Hotel. Hotel doesn’t provide enough personal care stuff like shampoo and not even a toothbrush or toothpaste 😓😓 had to call the pharmacy, did a click & collect and got them delivered at speedy time! Also received some GIfts with purchase for skinCare and haircare.Love the service and love the prices!! 5 items with 3 Gifts cannot be happier! Definitely make the quarantine much better!!

I’ve received the best customer service at this Chemist Warehouse. The pharmacist, Ed, was exceptionally helpful, thoughtful and caring. While I was locked in a mandatory 14-day hotel quarantine nearby, Ed finalised and organised a delivery for a prescription to my room, as my online order could not be processed. I was really surprised and amazed at the quality of service I have received here. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone looking for top quality customer service.

Wonderful service by the lovely staff and pharmacists. We required their help twice to deliver products for our children while we were stuck in hotel quarantine. They were so helpful over the phone with their recommendations, they delivered quickly and they even surprised us with some minties in the bag when they found out how much of a hard time our kids were having. Thank you for your kind and compassionate service.

Experienced the worst customer service(insult)I’ve ever had. When I was leaving the store, the guy standing outside the door asked me to open my bag. With the impression that Chemist Warehouse don’t trust their customer’s integrity nowadays, I was quite cooperative and opened up my bags for a check then I left. I was appalled that after I left the store, that guy asked me to COME BACK! He said because I was holding a PRICELINE shopping bag, he needs me show him my purchase transaction from Priceline too. Which right do you have to invade my privacy? What obligation do I have to show you my purchase record from another merchant? Regardless, I presented the bank transaction for the Priceline purchase. In return I requested him show me his ID or anything which could prove his employment from Chemist Warehouse. He refused to and said that’s against “the LAW”, without being able to specify which law was he referring to. For what I experienced today, Chemist Warehouse, you owe me and many of your customers an apology. Customers don’t deserve to be discriminated by your poorly behaved and educated “employee”. I do not recommend anyone to shop at this nasty place.
