    Sometimes you have to understand the amount of phone calls and people the receptions workers are dealing with. I though the same when i called them but when i walked in the medical centre today within the 5 minutes reception lady was taking the phone calls every minute and she was dealing with the patients in the waiting room. From there i felt really sorry for her especially during the outbreak time and the mask on at all times. Patients must understand the pressure of work administrators go through especially during this pandemic. All the best to you all the Condell Park Family medical centtre staff and Stay Safer 👍.
