After a very awkward experience at my local chemist earlier in the day I went into the Discount Drug Store on Tuesday evening. A lady named Hiba treated me with kindness and comfort as if I was part of her family. She gave me ideas about dealing with my issues suggested I get further help professionally and sold me some herbal remedies to try. I’m writing this review because if I hadn’t walked into this pharmacy I wouldn’t be sitting where I am now getting the help she suggested. Thank you.
Very friendly lady gave me great advice on helping my daughter sleep better but the lady in the medicine area was dressed inappropriately. Her T-shirt was really wrinkled. Not a good look.
Decent prices and good old fashioned service. Support the local community by shopping at this chemist!
I never expected such a personal experience in a retail Pharmacy. The assistant named Hiba went above and beyond my expectations. The time she put in and the way she explained my condition and medicine to me relieved any anxious feelings i was experiencing. Tbank you to everyone especially Hiba, you're a gem. .
