Definitely agree regarding comments about anything to make the sale and afterwards good luck to you! Over promised delivery dates which ended up being totally late. Then had outdoor furniture which cost thousands of dollars disintegrating inside the covers - which of course isn't covered by the guardsman warranty - even though in store they sell it as the golden unicorn which covers everything.
Excellent customer service from Nicole and Rob in the initial ordering of my product. Willing to spend time and work with me on what I wanted as I figured it out, gave thoughtful advice, flexible on offerings and price. Much appreciated and look forward to getting the lounge!
Bought a fantastic outdoor setting from Domayne which I am very pleased with. As part of the sale, they threw in a complimentary fabric care kit. Unfortunately the kit they included only does half the fabric. I have been into the store and also rung up multiple time to mention that it only did half the setting which they acknowledged that I would need another care kit to finish it off and I am not the only person who has had the issue. They are happy to sell me another care kit at $200 to cover the rest of the setting. If you are given a complimentary care kit, wouldn't you expect it to cover the entire setting rather than a ploy to get you in to buy another care kit at an exorbitant price.
So impressed with the Domayne delivery team. After waiting 5 months for a couch, it was then too big to fit through the front door and into our apartment. The delivery team came back the very next business day to bring it up 3 floors and in through the balcony. Amazing customer service and an absolute pleasure to deal with. A very happy customer despite a long wait for a couch.. Thank you to the entire delivery team!!
Very happy with Domayne in Alexandria. I bought last year a chair which just broke down and was outside of the warranty. Luca from Domayne supplied me the broken spare part within a day.
