    Well if I could give the Alexandria store more stars I would. The salesperson feral was amazing and helpful we ordered all our new furniture with him on the day then we decided we wanted more picked up the phone and he was more then happy to help. we had a small chip in or coffee table and within a week a new one was delivered. We love our cooper range and thank you to all the staff at the Alexandria store we will be back.

    Value against money is OK. Delivery not acceptable : No delivery on weekend. You can’t collect yourself They didnot confirm exact time of arrival just said between 8am-12pm. At 9am the driver called and said he will be there at 9:30am. They arrived at 10:30am. I asked them to take off their shoes as we have rugs in the house. They said our policy doesnot let us to take off shoes! They assembled the buffet in our driveway and brought it inside but they didn’t mention anything about the rubbish left in driveway. I didn’t see it till evening when some rubbish was gone to neighbours’ front yard!

    There was not any fewer stars that I can give to Nick Scali. If you want to pay a deposit and wait for several month and still do not know when you may receive your order, please feel free to but something from them. If you have another option, do not waist your money and time in the product that you may (or even may not) have it for several month. They promise a range for their delivery date (8-10 or 9-11 or .... weeks) and after a while (if you have not read the contract), they say we are allowed to have 1 to 2 weeks delay, and then after several weeks and after you even past that 1 - 2 weeks delay, and if you do not read the contract, they show you that in the contract there is a term that you cannot cancel the contract even if we have 1 to 2 month delay, and only Nick Scali can cancel the contract. So after you pay the deposit and sign the contract, you do not have "any" right rather than right of waiting and praying to god that you may receive your order someday, when exactly, whenever Nick Scali be able to. Is there any consequences for Nick Scali? None. So do not waist your money

    I called the customer service just to ask a simple question however the lady on the phone was so rude and not trying to understand what I was asking but instead she just cut the conversation I have not even finished my question and said sorry we cannot arrange another delivery person to assemble our lounges(speaking with attitude). In facts I was only trying to ask if the lounges was able to be assembled separately. Anyway her tone of voice on the phone was with attitude and was not nice at all. You should train your staff to learn the word "CUSTOMER SERVICES"
