I spent half the day with Dixie buying new kitchen appliances for a Reno. She was amazing, knows her product was patient and price matched. I would happily go back to her at any stage. I then went to audio visual and met with Nathan. I purchased some speakers and told Nathan that my tv didn’t look as good as those in the store. He quickly found out what model I had and gave me all the tips to make my experience at home a better one. Thanks to both Dixie and Nathan it was a long but worthwhile afternoon. Could rate either of them more highly.

Excellent service. Purchased exactly what I wanted in a nicer pattern than anticipated. So good to bump into Ian Moore again, never too busy to say hello, always helpful and product knowledge second to none!

Today we bought Dyson pure hot and cool fan and sunbeam chop and blend. The staff who helped us is Sarah, she is so great, she knows the products and explained to us very clear and very helpful as well. Harvey and Norman has to keep and acknowledge her good work. I recently had an accident with my old phone and thus required an upgrade. I went to Harvey Norman at Domayne to explore my options and obtain more information about possible mobile phone planes. When browsing the phone section I was greeted by your sales assistant Sonya. I am taking the time to write this review, as the quality of service I received was absolutely outstanding. Sonya was both very knowledgeable and friendly. I told her my specific needs for my mobile plan (including a large amount of data as I travel a lot for work). She was able to tailor and suggest options which meet my needs, rather than presenting a 'one size fits all' approach, which I felt I have received in the past from other mobile outlets. She outlined the pros and cons of each plan, and confidently answered any questions I had about each contract such as duration, cost and other charges. I felt like was really cared about providing me with the best option possible, even going so far as to get on the phone with Optus directly to help me set up my new phone and putting on the glass screen protector for me in store. I would definitely recommend Harvey Norman to my friends as a result of this experience. Thank you Sonya!

After over half a dozen visits, here is my experience with the staff so far: Rory - I hope I got his name right, this tall fella is a great and friendly person who is very helpful in my search around the bathroom section. Bria - another very helpful person who regularly checks up the status of my order. Even when she makes a mistake, she promptly follows up and apologies and seeks ways to resolve the situation. In my opinion she is one of the best people to go to if you are going to Harvey Norman bathroom section. Renee - again, warm and helpful with my order and general bathroom renovation tips Paul - no major issues with him, but get a condescending feeling from him. My questions were met with downwards look from him and a tone that I should know the answers already. Such as when I ask for a catalogue for the toilet seat cover options. Today at the reception when Nikita is checking my order he regularly interrupts me to talk to her. He is the one who sits around the sinks towards the right side as you enter the bathroom section.
