    Coin machine swallowed my card and did not issue a receipt on Saturday 20th August. Was told the funds will definitely be in my account Monday 22nd in the morning. Was told I would receive a call before 9am Monday 22nd Agusut - have left a message and sent two emails - no reply. Now 4pm, no funds., no calls. Finally got through to speak to someone and was told funds won't be in my account until Wednesday - what an absolute joke. Currently researching to bank with someone else.
