    I've come here multiple times and have always received horrible attitude from the staff here, mainly the lady who seems to own the place. Seems to be the general consensus from other visitors. There are heaps of other great book stores in Newtown worth visiting.

    Love this shop. Great for unique quirky gift ideas. Fantastic assortment of cards, candies, wrapping paper, books, stationary, and jewellery (incl. Lots of elk brand). 5 minute walk from Newtown train station. Or you could try parking on side street, like Church street. Late closing hours are ideal. Never failed to find a gift here. Despite narrow size, the store is deceptively huge in range and always stock the latest kids quirky books. Highly recommend. Worth a trip to Newtown, if you're not local. Monster Threads and Octopus designs (in similar class) are also seconds away!
