    Imagine ordering windows for $260 a pop. Then they don't open on arrival. After some fiddling you manage to open them and find the latch in the "open" position was what was stopping it. Also therefore preventing it from being closed with the winding mechanism. Requiring manual force to close the window. The window putty is a mess. The quality is poor. Very poor. Only to have CAMEC refuse a refund or replacement due to error on their part made out to be your own. Extremely poor service and communication. Unfortunately making the sales team from another company look bad in the process.

    Non contact regarding warranty issues. Waiting almost 2 months, hatch was faulty from new with one flap not working from new, now all 4 are locked shut, zero response from Camec. I would avoid the 4 seasons hatch at all costs. Very poor.
