    Very bad experience with John was treated like we were a hassle and interrupting his lunch when asking about a car didn’t invite us inside to discuss price just let us stand out in the cold and then walk back forth from the office to tell us that is going to cost “roughly this much” and when asked the best price he would give us he basically laughed in our face. Very arrogant and rude. Do not recommend this place at all unless you want to deal with the typical car salesman antics.

    One of the hardest things about buying a new car is trusting that the car you’re buying is in good mechanical order and the dealership is selling you the car for a good price. With Sutherland Isuzu I could trust that I was getting a great deal. No pushy sales people; they just want to help.

    Rarely is one compelled to relate their experience in a sales environment, particularly when purchasing a motor vehicle. Having said that, I am delighted to not only express my thanks and appreciation for the way in which my wife and I were treated, but the EASE in which we were accommodated at this dealership. From the outset the experience was totally professional and unrushed. There were no pushy sales techniques, just genuine negotiations which we both compromised on and it ended in a mutually acceptable result which my wife and I, are extremely satisfied with. We were particularly impressed with your General Manager, who's name I believe, was John Masters. His affable attitude coupled with his sincerity and genuine interest in trying to accomodate our requests, were simply second to none.He engaged both my wife and myself in the process which I know she appreciated as did I. Thankyou Sutherland Isuzu for a no fuss, UNCOMPLICATED process and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your dealership to my professional associates.
