Best physiotherapist Mark his does his job very patiently attended 5 sessions of exercise classes for back pain and I am pleased to say how wonderful job - I sincerely appreciated
I don't even like to breathe in front of people heavy so i saved it up until after all the steps [wooden boxes] & let it out then. I can be a bit mutism; possibly related. I tried hard not to breathe loud when walking if someone came close by [e.g. other female walking near me from train station].. if i got my headphones in i don't notice my breathing. In this way i can do things well on my own but have impairment around others. This may be what a lot of people would describe of femininity. Of course not all people would fit the mould 100%. Some females are comfortable with out much clothing on regardless of body shape. I think addressing this will be the most helpful thing.. not blaming diet & exercise. Ergonomic factors. I was very, very, very active before puberty and increase my intensity level of my own volition and motivation.. no push needed. I am not suffering the over-indulged, pampered, lazy, life-long obesity. Kid fit body okay.. adult woman body not welcome / wanted. [For sports e.g netball, swimming, gymnastics] Expectation is to wear revealing clothes but expectation is to groom away pubic hair = ingrown hair = unsightly pimples there.. Breasts not welcome.. not wanting attention for them. There may be people who simply over indulge & are lazy. But why bother giving that any attention? If i have life to be excited about & am free from arthritis pain & meet my goals of being the best athlete or at least harder working than others then i wouldn't eat chocolate so much perhaps.. If my arthritis & other health issues is untreated for 30 years or so choosing to eat junk food with small amount of money available is not the main issue. Arthritis most common in women. Ergonomic factors may be less common an issue in the men? Some are too shy to urinate in public bathrooms.. but perhaps over all they are more commonly less shy? One of my untreated problems is more bulimia than obesity. So it more about developing a healthy relationship with food than classing some as bad foods. Very good physio-dietitian here.. very interested in what i been eaten..? Good when the people shares what they know.. most people very eager to say "not my domain etc" so idk :s Was most unusual. It reminds me of not breathing properly through stretches for gymnastics; when the coach comes over they were annoying to talk to you during it. Also i noticed social loafing phenomenon at the McDonalds play ground that had a merry go round thing for an adult to push.. If all the kids pushed it we could get it going.. but i could do it myself because i noticed others slack off & i was instead imagining to be in a rugby scrum or whatever.. It was boring when my parents watched sport but i liked to imitate the things they do like coming off some starting blocks to sprint or pushing against each other in a scrum [or whatever the other one of that is]. Hmm. Also i bounced back like how i used to hint to the Gymnastics coaches i'd like to be trained for what Heidi was getting to do.. they were trying to get through to some other female.. but i was strongest there. So i am not actively doing those things to convey messages anymore.. but i realised it was a type of signing i used to employ as assertiveness is not encouraged as a child until they've all [adults, school teachers etc] conditioned it out of you by puberty. They don't like to hold bullys to account or have the time to listen to your spiel of standing up for yourself.. then they hyper focus on finding fault with you instead. And i told the physio about how people always assume the worst.. with victim blaming attitudes. Like the pharmacist assumes you must be into taking illegal drugs because you're poor.. rather than realising your sweat is due to having walked to the pharmacy on a hot day..? Because she assumes you are poor because you are lazy.. not disadvantaged. I guess we should let people taking illegal drugs endure the consequences of it so that it doesn't become a social norm to expect customers are on illegal drugs & we can give them proper support.
