Gordon and his staff have always done the most wonderful job of caring for my dogs over the years. I have found myself in the position twice now, of making the very hard decision to euthanise two of my elderly dogs. I cannot say enough about the compassion, care and kindness of Gordon, who made two of the saddest days of our lives a peaceful and loving experience of saying goodbye to our beautiful furry friends. Thank you for everything you do 🙏

We had to request an appointment at the last minute, they squeezed us in, they were very understanding of our situation and we really appreciated it. All staff are very friendly and kind. Great vet, highly recommended 😊
We have been going to Winston Hills vet clinic for approx. 5 years and in this time we have lost our beloved family cat and they couldn't have been more helpful and caring. Our old dog loves all the wonderful people who work there and now we have a new pup and he's going there too. The vets and nurses who work there are very friendly and caring.
We have been attending the Winston Hills Vet for many years, with both elderly puppies and baby puppies. The staff have always been exceptional and very friendly, always ensuring that we feel as comfortable as the dogs. My most special memory of the veterinary staff was when I had to put to sleep 2 of my dogs on the same day. The staff were extremely compassionate and loving and so amazing my my dogs. We really felt that they had the best send off, all in the comfort of my own home. For this I need to thank the staff and will forever be grateful for them making this sad day manageable.
