Bump Physio is great! I went there for antenatal pilates as well as the mum and bubs classes. Arna and the team are so fantastic and the classes are super fun and a really great opportunity to meet other mums.
Absolutely amazing staff, offering the best care for pre and post natal ladies! Cannot recommend them highly enough, no words cannot describe how wonderful they all are!
Honestly the best pre and post baby care for mums. These women are amazing! I drive an hour each way to see them weekly for pilates and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I will always use their pilates and physio services.
Highly recommend Arna and bump physio! I started seeing Arna a week post partum (second child) to assist with abdominal separation as well as to get me ready to get back into fitness. Arna helped me to set realistic goals that she helped me achieve over a 12 week program. Arna set up specific exercises tailored for me individually that progressively got more advanced and harder so that I could get back on track and which aligned with my stage of post partum recovery. What makes the difference is that Arna really cares about her patients.
I've been a patient of Arna's for over 10 years now and she has seen me through ongoing neck pain, pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She is absolutely wonderful at what she does. Her approach is holistic, aiming to treat the underlying cause of the problem through strength training and pilates. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arna or her team.
