    Best Laundromat ever, the lady is extremely friendly and never fails to put a smile on my face. The most reasonably priced Laundry service in the area and always clean Laundry even when they are extremely dirty

    Amazing service. Stayed open late for my brother who's in the Army to receive his uniform absolutely lovely lady and outstanding service, even folds clothes for us. Wouldn't go to any other laundry place!

    They charge 20 dollars for a washing machine and a drier (old furnitures) which is too expensive

    Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with this laundrette. There are others in Dee Why that are much more friendly and affordable. I decided to try out this laundrette becasue it’s was a late evening and really needed some clothes washed for my birthday the next day, me and my friend went in there and was quoted over $50 each to do a 2 washes and 1 dry. We decided to just do the the washes and then share a dryer to get our bedding and essentials dry. The lady who runs the shop is very bossy, she started taking things in and out of the washers. I had a white wash and dark wash and she was moving colours into the white, so I had to move it all back and explain to her they had to be seperate. Anyway we left and had a wonder outside because there is nowhere to sit in this laundrette to wait and once the wash was done we put our bedding and jeans and some tops in the dryer. The lady advised it would be half an hour and we live a few houses away so we decided to take back the wet clothes. When we arrived back to collect the dry clothes it was almost closing time, so we quickly folded everything and paid and left. When we got home we noticed that we were missing a pair of Levi Jeans, I just thought maybe we could of just left them in the dryer so the next day we went back to go ask. We where greeted very coldly by the lady, we advised that we think we might of left a pair of jeans here and if she had seen them to which she just started yelling at us. Ranting about how it was our fault for leaving the laundrette while the wash was on and how she was not willing to help us, we would have to go to the police and file a report. It was all a bit much for me because it was my birthday and the jeans where limited and special. Apart from that all the black clothes in both mine and my friends washes still had washing powder on them. They are old machines that don’t run to well. I defiantly would go elsewhere in Dee Why, other are half the price and fold it for you.
